Very close to Southampton Uni (5mins walk) , Swaythling Train Station and bus routes into the centre. It comes fully furnished with a double bed/matress, Draws & large wardrobe. Utensils, plates and cooking equipment included, new large fridge and washing machine as well as a front and back garden and plenty of parking if required. Our house is tidy, friendly and respectful of noise and personal space. We want someone who is like minded and open minded. Skype viewings can be arrange for those who are currently abroad.
