Looking for someone to move into a lovely double room in our semi detached, cute, quiet and fun loving, homely house! Good sized lounge, kitchen, bathroom and garden. Gas central heating throughout. The bathroom has recently been refitted, has a bath which is a good size and shower. Kitchen is a great size, is fully stocked with all white goods and really nice to cook in. The lounge is furnished & very comfortable. Has a patio door leading onto a south facing, paved garden which is perfect for growing veg, having bbqs and soaking up the sun! The room itself is a great sized double, has wooden floors, a double glazed bay window, nice view of the quiet little street, is very comfortable and can be left furnished or can be unfurnished. It's currently magnolia, but you are able to decorate! The rent is pretty cheap for the size of the room and the size of the house. Rates are good! Deposit and fees are reasonable too. It's Malmesbury place - so155fs, so it's close enough to town whilst being far enough out and is really close to the station. There is on street parking and buses at the end of the street. Shirley high street is a five minute walk away and has pretty much everything you need. We're a quite, but not boring house. We've kinda done with all the late night, noisy house partying and now prefer chilled evenings or trips to the pub. (Although moving in parties and birthday parties are cool!) Also really like sitting in the summer sun in the garden. Current tenants are professionals, one works from home quite often, the other works in the new forest. Quite into bicycles so bike maintenance is included! There is a cat here who is very sweet and funny, an instant friend. it's a great house, one that I have been very happy and content in and Im sure you will be too.
